David S. Kim

David S. Kim is an experienced attorney who has represented plaintiffs throughout the United States. He has obtained consumer class actions settlements under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act in Illinois, Michigan and New Jersey.

Mr. Kim has also litigated more than 400 Qui Tam actions under the federal and state False Claims Acts and recovered millions of dollars for the State of Illinois through trials and settlements, including a $1.3 million judgment against an Internet retailer that fraudulently failed to pay sales tax to the State of Illinois. Mr. Kim has also litigated qui tam actions against defense contractors and health care providers alleging fraud.
