Samantha Romey brings over 25 years of courtroom experience to the fight for justice on behalf of employees. Her career has been dedicated to civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on employment law and personal injury cases.
Samantha has represented clients in a wide range of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and violations of federal protections under Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and ADEA. She has successfully guided clients through every stage of litigation—from initial investigation and discovery to depositions, motion practice, and trial.
Before joining Osman & Smay, Samantha previously represented employers, gaining valuable insight into the strategies and tactics commonly employed by management and their legal counsel. She also served as Chamber’s Counsel to a U.S. Magistrate Judge, where she gained invaluable insight into the federal court system and complex employment litigation. She also led her own law firm for over a decade, managing high-stakes employment and wrongful death cases from inception through resolution.
